Quote startThe beauty of our new collaboration solution is how easy it is for retailers to optimize inventory plans taking into account supplier capacity constraints.B
Based on past experience and input from industry analysts, our impression is that such initiatives have been hindered or delayed due to the fact that there are so many demands on efforts from each of the parties.

The Blue Ridge Supply Planning solution simplifies this collaboration process by allowing the retailer to take into account calendar-driven descriptions from the supplier, which is then compared overnight in Blue Ridge's methodology for simple, time-based projections. The result is an order to the supplier that stays within its capacity constraints without sacrificing the level of service. The benefits for both parties are better service, better top and bottom line results as well as improved cash flow.
