Inventory Investment invites to user meeting at Vectura on October 18

Vectura is the supplier of complete logistics solutions for the beverage industry. Their services include purchasing and purchasing solutions, warehousing, transport, sales and information logistics. On behalf of their importers, they currently include goods from just over 800 producers in more than 50 countries, and the main customers are the Vinmonopolet, the hotel and restaurant industry, wholesalers and the tax free segment.
The tools we are going through this time are focused on making your working day supported by:

  • More predictability
  • Increased speed
  • More security
  • It will simply be easier and more convenient for you to reach your goals and fulfill your expectations of your surroundings.

As you know, we have now increased the speed of our updates. Now they come every month and you can use new functionality at the pace that suits you and your business.

 

This time we will go through the following areas:

· Open Order:
The follow-up of open orders has been further developed and now offers the opportunity to follow up goods across orders and the opportunity to identify future sell-out situations.

· Mass maintenance:
An advanced feature that has been in the system for a while. Here are examples and tips on how to use mass maintenance

· New fields and features:
Blue Ridge is now changing the way they release new versions. This is happening monthly and last year several new fields and functions have been added. We'll take you through all the news.

When you leave the user meeting, you should know this so well that you can apply it as soon as you are back in place or may be able to use it in an even more advanced way. If we have time for that, we will come to the very last, namely Sales & Operations Planning.

The user meeting is aimed at everyone who is interested in the purchasing profession, and is an experience arena where you and your organization have the opportunity to share and receive experiences from the purchasing day.

Sverre Rosmo

Sverre has worked with supply chains, transport and purchasing for over 20 years. For the past 10 years, Sverre has worked as a project manager, consultant and in sales-oriented activities, mainly to Nordic wholesalers, distributors and retailers. Sverre is passionate about the logistics industry and not least purchasing and inventory management. He has for a long time been engaged as a lecturer at BI Norwegian Business School and Logistics College. He has previously published professional articles. Sverre is currently a member of the board of LOGMA.
